Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours from the validation of payment.
Orders are delivered by the Colissimo delivery service. You will receive an email confirming the shipment, specifying the Colissimo online tracking link for your package.
In case of absence during the deliveryman's visit, the customer will be responsible for recovering the product from the departments concerned.
Specific delivery terms:
- For the DOM / TOM
The DOM rate applies for: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Guyana and the Territorial Collectivities (Mayotte and St Pierre and Miquelon) .Attention: regarding deliveries in the TOM (New Caledonia and its dependencies, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, French Southern and Antarctic Territories), to date we cannot carry out a shipment weighing more than 30 kg per product.
In the event of a size problem or product (s) not conforming to your order, you can make a return within a maximum period of 14 days from delivery:
- Pack the product (s) to be returned in the original box and attach the duly completed delivery slip.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging.
All packages that do not meet these conditions will be refused or partially reimbursed (product in poor condition, damaged packaging).
The return costs are free for all customers who have placed an order directly on the store (except DOM TOM).
